Abstract:
Diplomsko delo vsebuje proces izdelave programske rešitve CRM za mednarodno podjetje, katerega primarna dejavnost je proizvodnja in prodaja umetnih gnojil za potrebe kmetijstva. V uvodnem delu v osnovi predstavimo podjetje in problem s katerim se podjetje sooča. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je v osredju pomen CRM. Razložili smo definicije CRM, arhitekturo in razvoj trženja. Predstavili smo tudi uporabljene tehnologije ter pomen CRM v informatiki. V osrednjem delu smo opisali obstoječe stanje. Nanašamo se predvsem na tehnološko podprtost in zavedanje, da orodje MS Excel ne zadošča poslovni procesom. Za izdelavo programske rešitve smo uporabili orodje MS Access 2010, ki nam omogoča operacije z večjo količino podatkov. Dosegli smo namen fleksibilnosti, ki zagotavlja vnos, popravke in pregled podatkov s strani večjega števila uporabnikov hkrati. Prikazan je podatkovni model, obrazci ter poročila. Rešitev predstavlja celovito podporo v smeri upravljanja odnosa s strankami. V zaključku so podane ocene učinkovitosti, pogoji za uvedbo in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja programske rešitve.

Title:
Template customization for CRM
Abstract:
The thesis includes a developing process of a software solution CRM for an international company whose primary business is the production and sale of fertilizers for agricultural purposes. In the introductory part we introduce the company and the problem that the company faces. The essence in the continuation of our thesis is the meaning CRM. We explained the definition of CRM, architecture, and development of marketing. We also presented the technology used and the meaning of CRM in informatics. In the central part we describe the existing situation. We refer mainly to technological support with awareness, that MS Excel tool as such is insufficient to support business processes. For the development of software solution we used tool MS Access 2010, that enables operation with large amounts of data. We have reached the purpose of flexibility, that assures input, correction and review of data from a large number of users simultaneously. Data model, forms and reports are presented. The solution presents a complete support towards the management of the relationship with customers. In the conclusion there are the efficacy assessment, the conditions for the establishment and a further development possibilities of software solution.
