Abstract:
Teoretično izhodišče: Zdravstvena vzgoja staršev nedonošenčka ima velik pomen, saj s pravilnim handlingom normalni razvoj otroka vzpodbudimo in pospešimo. Diplomsko delo predstavlja nedonošenčka in zdravstveno vzgojno delo medicinske sestre o tem kako naj starši pravilno rokujejo nedonošenčka. Opisani so pravilni prijemi in položaji nedonošenčka, vpliv pravilnega handlinga na razvoj nedonošenčka, metoda kenguru in pomen timskega dela. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvalitativni metodologiji. Opravili smo študijo primera nedonošenčka po enajstih funkcionalnih vzorcih avtorice Marjory Gordon. Rezultati: Študija primera je pokazala, da je mati uporabljala handling metodo rokovanja nedonošenčka. Za handling se je odločila po nasvetu znancev in medicinske sestre v šoli za bodoče starše. Prepričana je, da handling pozitivno vpliva na razvoj njenega otroka. Razprava: Pomembno je, da so starši poučeni o pravilnem handlingu takoj, ko pričnejo sami negovati svojega nedonošenčka in da tedaj pridobijo praktično znanje ter zaupanje v svojo vlogo starševstva. Razlika med tem ali je rokovanje pravilno ali ne je zelo majhna, vendar zelo pomembna. O pravilnim rokovanju mora biti seznanjena vsa otrokova okolica. V porodnišnici je to zdravstveni tim, doma pa starši in tisti, ki pomagajo pri negi otroka.

Die Gesundheitserziehung der Eltern zur Richtigen Handhabung von Frühchen
Abstract:
Theoretische Ausgangspunkt: Die Schulung und Beratung der Eltern von Frühchen ist von enormer Bedeutung, denn mit dem richtigen Handling unterstützen und fördern wir eine normale Entwicklung des Kindes. Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit dem Frühchen und der Gesundheitserziehung der Eltern zur richtigen Handhabung der Frühchen. Beschrieben werden die richtigen Handgriffe und Stellungen des Frühchens, der Einfluss der richtigen Handhabung auf die Entwicklung des Frühchens, die Känguru-Methode und die Bedeutung der Teamarbeit. Methoden: Die Studie basierte auf der qualitativen Forschungsmethode. Wir machten eine Fallstudie eines Frühchens nach den elf funktionellen Mustern von Marjory Gordon. Resultate: Die Fallstudie hat uns gezeigt, dass die Mutter die Handling-Methode der Frühchen Handhabung benutzt hat. Sie entschied sich für das Handling nach dem Rat von Bekannten und der Krankenschwester in der Schule für werdende Eltern. Sie ist davon überzeugt, dass die Handling-Methode eine positive Auswirkung auf die Entwicklung ihres Kindes hatte. Diskussion: Es ist wichtig, dass wir den Eltern die richtige Handhabung beibringen sobald sie selbst ihr Frühchen betreuen und sie somit das praktische Wissen und Vertrauen in ihre Elternrolle erlangen. Der Unterschied zwischen der richtigen und falschen Handhabung ist sehr klein, trotzdem aber sehr wichtig. Mit der richtigen Handhabung muss das gesamte Umfeld des Kindes vertraut sein. In der Gebärklinik ist das das medizinische Personal und zuhause die Eltern und alle anderen, die bei der Pflege des Kindes mithelfen.
