Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi smo predstavili razvoj krmiljenja sistema za varjenje s pomočjo pametne kamere. Opisali smo sisteme strojnega vida, industrijskih krmilj in avtomatizacijo proizvodnje varilnih sistemov. S pomočjo pametne kamere smo naredili program, ki nam omogoča zaznavanje in merjenje utora na varilni površini. Podatke o utoru smo preko povezave TCP/IP prenesli na programabilni logični krmilnik, s katerim smo krmilili koračne motorje. Koračni motorji usmerjajo varilno pištolo tako, da ta precizno sledi utoru, ki ga zajema pametna kamera. V nalogi so predstavljene tudi omejitve in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja sistema.

Title:
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WELDING BY USING SMART CAMERA
Abstract:
In this master's thesis we introduced the development of the welding system control through a smart camera. We described a machine vision system, industrial control system and an automation of the production of welding systems. Through the smart camera we developed a program, which enables a detection and measurement of the groove on welding surface. The data of the groove were transmitted through the TCP/IP connection to the programmable logic controller, which was used for control of the stepping motor. Stepping motors direct the welding gun, so that precisely follows the groove which is perceived by smart camera. We also introduced limitations and possible upgrades of the system.
