Abstract:Diplomska naloga predstavlja proces avtomatizacije produkcijske naprave za kokilni nanos spajke, ki je bila zgrajena v podjetju SMM, d. o. o. Diplomsko delo zajema opis sestavnih delov ter spoznavanje funkcionalnosti. Sledi pregled in opis uporabljene strojne opreme s poudarkom na kamerah odločanja in programirljivem logičnem krmilniku (PLC). Prakticni del naloge zajema izdelavo programov kamer z opremo SOPAS Engineering tool ter generiranje blokov z rezultati. Izdelava programov PLC in uporabniških strani HMI panela je v programskem paketu TIA Portal. Na koncu so predstavljeni rezultati testiranj ter podana sklepna misel.

Title:IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SICK INSPECTOR VISION CAMERAS IN THE OPERATION OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT USED FOR DIE CASTING
Abstract:The diploma thesis aims to present the automation process of the production equipment used for die casting produced in the SMM production systems, Ltd. The diploma thesis encompases the description of the components and realizing of functionalities. Furthermore it includes an overview and description of the hardware with the emphasis on the vision sensors and programmable logic controller (PLC). The practical part encompasses the design of camera programs with the SOPAS Engineering tool equipment and generating blocks with the results. It will also include the design of PLC programes and of the HMI panel user sites in the TIA Portal program package. The diploma thesis is concluded by presenting the test results and our final thoughts.
