Abstract:
V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali mehkomagnetne kompozitne materiale ter jih primerjali s klasičnimi mehkomagnetnimi materiali. Predstavljene so zgradba mehkomagnentih kompozitov kot tudi njihove fizikalne in magnetne lastnosti. Opisana sta tudi tehnologija oblikovanja in proizvodni proces teh materialov pri svetovnih proizvajalcih mehkomagnetnih kompozitnih materialov. Na obravnavanih materialih smo v Laboratoriju za aplikativno elektromagnentiko izvedli meritve magnetnih lastnosti. Za vsak posamezni material smo s pridobljenimi rezultati meritev s pomočjo programskega orodja Opera 3d analizirali magnetne razmere na modelu univerzalnega motorja. Primerjali smo velikost gostote magnetnega pretoka, magnetni pretok in vrednosti vrtilnega momenta, ki ga ustvarja magnetni pretok v rotorju motorja. V ekonomskem delu naloge smo obravnavali trg mehkomagnentih materialov ter njihovo proizvodnjo. Narejena je bila tudi raziskava, kako bi lahko mehkomagnetne kompozite uvedli v proizvodnjo podjetja Gorenje d. d.

RESEARCH OF MAGNETIC AND ECONOMIC PROPERTIES OF THE SOFT MAGNETIC COMPOSITES
Abstract:
The post-graduate work deals with soft magnetic composite materials and compares them to classic soft magnetic materials. What is discussed, is the composition of soft magnetic composites as well as their physical and magnetic characteristics. The measurements of magnetic characteristics were carried out in the Laboratory for applied electromagnetics. The obtained measurement results enabled an analysis of magnetic conditions of each specific material, using as a model a universal engine. The analysis was performed in the programming tool Opera 3d. The density of magnetic current, magnetic current itself and the value of rotational moment, caused by magnetic flux in the motor rotor, are also put into comparison. The market of soft magnetic materials as well as their production are dealt with in the economic part of the work. Furthermore, there was also a research done on how the soft magnetic composites could be included in the production of the Gorenje d.d. company.
