Abstract:
Vloga poslovne etike je, da izboljša delovanje podjetja in organizacije, na človeški ravni povezani z poslovnim okoljem. Preprečuje konflikte in izboljšuje odnose na vseh ravneh. Če se podjetja držijo etičnih in moralnih načel, je to le v prid podjetju ali organizaciji, saj se z upoštevanjem le teh, povečuje ugled podjetja, zaupanje, konkurenčnost, pridobitev novih poslovnih partnerjev in podobno.

Abstract:
The role of business ethics is to improve the functioning of companies and organizations on the human level associated with the business environment. Prevent conflicts and improve relationships at all levels. If the companies adhere to ethical and moral principles, it is only in favor of the company or organization, because by taking into account only those increasing the company's reputation, trust, competitiveness, the acquisition of new business partners, etc.
