Abstract:
Pri rokovanju s povezovalnikom drv se srečujemo s problemom nekontrolirane hitrosti povratka prazne košare. Z metodo sistematičnega razvoja smo iskali konceptne rešitve in eno od teh razvili v novo konstrukcijsko varianto z uporabo torzijske vzmeti. Zanjo smo pripravili tehnično dokumentacijo in jo trdnostno preizkusili po metodi končnih elementov. Nova konstrukcijska varianta vzdrži obremenitve, saj napetosti v konstrukciji ne presežejo napetosti tečenja.

Title:
Constructing the firewood bundler Krpan PD
Abstract:
Handling of firewood bundler raises an issue of uncontrolled speed of empty basket. With the method of systematic development we have searched for new concepts and we have developed one of them into new construction version by using torsion spring. We have prepared technical documentation and then we have tested it by using finite element method. New construction version withstands the loads as stress does not exceed yield strength.
