Abstract:V diplomskem delu je prikazana analiza vtočnih razmer CW črpališča. Prikazane so poškodbe in degradacije obstoječega rotorja originalnega proizvajalca črpalke, katerega smo zamenjali z novim. Obseg del je predvidel tudi kontrolo karakteristik črpalk z novim rotorjem z meritvami po vgradnji rotorja. Potrebno je bilo izmeriti karakteristike črpalke z novim rotorjem v posamičnem obratovanju ter paralelnem obratovanju z ostalimi črpalkami, ki imajo vgrajene nove rotorje originalnega dobavitelja črpalke ter alalizirati vpliv izgradnje HE Brežice na delovanje črpalk. Z vgradnjo novega rotorja želimo zmanjšati stroške vzdrževanja in povečati zanesljivost obratovanja črpalk.

Title:THE MODERNIZATION OF PUMP ROTOR CW102 IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT KRŠKO
Abstract:The theme presents analysis of intake flow conditions of CW pumps. It shows damages and degradations of existing original rotor, which was replaced with new one. Project included pump characteristic control with new rotor and measuring after building it in the pump. It was necessary to measure pump characteristic with new rotor in single pump operation and parallel operation with other pumps that have original rotors from pump manufacturer and analyse influence of building HE Brežice on the pump operation. With new rotor we wanted to decrease pump maintenance costs, decrease energy costs and increase operation reliability of the pump.
