Abstract:
Cilj diplomskega dela je optimizirati proces manipuliranja z materialom v zbirniku Valjevo v podjetju Gorenje, d. d., Velenje, kjer se skladišči in odpremlja repromaterial v Srbijo. V Srbiji se nahaja obrat za proizvodnjo bele tehnike in gospodinjskih aparatov. V teoretičnem delu bomo opredelili, kaj je črtna koda, osnovne značilnosti skladiščnega poslovanja. V drugem poglavju bomo podrobneje predstavili obstoječe stanje, prikazali vzroke, ki vplivajo na problem, s pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama. Kot predlog izboljšave smo podali uvedbo črtnih kod v zbirnik in tudi možnost povečanja skladiščnega prostora oziroma dodajanja regalov.

Introducing barcodes in Gorenje d.d.-cumulative Valjevo
Abstract:
The aim of thesis was to improve the handling of material in the warehouse Valjevo of Gorenje, d. d., Velenje, where intermediate goods are dispatched to Serbia, more precisely to a plant producing white goods and kitchen appliances. The thesis defines the main goals, describes the current situation and analyses the areas where human and technical errors commonly occur. The introduction of barcodes and the possibility to increase storage area, i.e. add more shelving units, were among the suggestions for improvement. Moreover, further development could be achieved by upgrading barcodes with RFID tags. The conclusion summarizes the suggestions for improvement.
