Abstract:V preteklosti smo bili priča številnim borznim zlomom, ki so prizadeli svetovna gospodarstva. V diplomskem projektu sem s pomočjo analize kazalnikov precenjenosti in podcenjenosti izbranih borznih indeksov, zgodovinskega dogajanja in mnenja strokovnjakov poskušala odgovoriti na to vprašanje.

Title:BUBBLES ON FINANCIAL MARKETS
Abstract:In the past, we have witnessed a number of stock market collapses that struck the global economy. Stock market crashes are almost certainly attributable to the bursting of the stock market bubble, which creates a situation where the majority of investors at the same time are trying to withdraw from the market and consequently suffers heavy losses. Many experts are engaged in forecasting of future trend movements in the stock markets, how to predict the upcoming stock market bubble remains an open question. World stock indices in recent years, recorded high growth and achieve new highest peaks, so here comes up the question whether are the current global stock indices overvalued? In the diploma project I tried to answer this question with the help of the indicators analysis of overestimation and underestimation of the selected stock market indices, historical events and the opinions of experts. The values of stock indices and their indicators are located at record highs and a general feeling in the market reflects the overvaluation. Nevertheless, due to low interest rates and less euphoria in the market we can assert that the market values are reasonable. Are we already in the stock market bubble, will these bubble continue to blow or will burst? Perhaps we can expect only a correction will stabilize the things again and the current stock market bubble will disappear without dire consequences.
