Abstract:
Pri uvajanju nove proizvodne linije se srečamo s številnimi organizacijskimi problemi. Pojavi se vprašanje, kako bomo postavili novo linijo, kakšne bodo naše kapacitete in ali bodo stroji zadostili našim pričakovanjem. V okviru diplomske naloge sem predstavil novo proizvodno linijo ČEP 6 in stroje v podjetju GKN Driveline Slovenija. Poudarek diplomskega dela je bil na načrtovanju preventivnega vzdrževanja strojev in opreme, njihovem uvajanju ter postavitvi le-teh na proizvodni liniji. Med fazo postavljanja proizvodne linije sem vključil veliko metod vitkega podjetja, katerih rezultati so racionalnejša in kakovostna proizvodnja. Te metode so Celovito produktivno vzdrževanje (TPM), Samostojno vzdrževanje (AM), Kaizen, Standardno delo (SW) in metoda 5s. S ciljem lažjega nadzora vzdrževanja so bila izdelana potrebna navodila in obrazci, ki bodo delavcem lajšali nadzor ter omogočili večji izkoristek proizvodne linije. Proces na liniji ČEP 6 bo v veliki meri avtomatiziran, kar bo pripomoglo k povečanju produktivnosti in nižjim stroškom procesa.

Title:
Introduction of new production line for making car component sideshaft
Abstract:
When we introduce a new production line, we meet many problems with organizational character. The question arises how to set up a new line, what will be our capacity and while the machines meet our expectations. I presented a new production line and single machines in the company GKN Driveline Slovenija. I focused on the planning preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment, and installation of them selves on the production line. During the phase of production lines I have included many methods of lean enterprise, the results of which are rational and quality production. All this I connected through various methods, such as Total productive maintenance (TPM), Lean Enterprise, autonome maintenance (AM), kaizen and method 5s. With a view to facilitating supervision of maintenance have been made necessary instructions and forms, which will be facilitated for workers control and allow greater utilization of production lines. The process on line ČEP 6 will be largely automated, which will help to increase productivity and lower the cost of the process.
