Abstract:V diplomskem delu je zajet analitični preračun gredi ter računalniške analize gredi po metodi končnih elementov. Gred je izvzeta iz lastnega projekta, kjer izdelujem avtomatsko žago, gred pa je nosilec podajalnega bobna. Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je sprememba oziroma izboljšanje oblike, ki bi pripomogla k večji nosilnosti, ter večji togosti same gredi, z ozirom na samo izdelavo gredi. Sledi primerjava med izbrano začetno obliko in izboljšano obliko ter predlogi o sami izdelavi.

Title:Construction of the drum shaft in RC sawmill
Abstract:The thesis is covered by the analytical calculation of the shaft and the computer analysis of shaft, using finite element method (FEM). The shaft is exempt from my own project, where I’m going to make automatic saw and the shaft is used in feed-drum for saw. The main objective of this thesis is to change shape or improve shape, that would contribute to greater capacity and higher stiffness of the shaft itself, with respect to easy manufacture shaft. Below is a comparison between the selected initial shape and new design of shape, as well as proposals on shaft production.
