Title:PLANIRANJE VIZIJE IN POLITIKE PODJETJA TURISTIČNE AGENCIJE ARITOURS D. O. O.

Abstract:Podjetje Aritours d. o. o. je turistična agencija, ki deluje v Mariboru že od leta 1993. Je mikro podjetje s 5 zaposlenimi in velja za največjega organizatorja romanj v Sloveniji. Leta 2007 so se odločili, da zaradi bogate čebelarske tradicije pri nas začnejo tudi s čebelarskim turizmom, ki drugod po svetu še ni poznan. Diplomski projekt z osnovno tematiko planiranje vizije in politike podjetja Aritours d. o. o. je razdeljen na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo analizirali definicije, kot so jih opredelili različni avtorji, ki opredeljujejo vizijo podjetja, vrednote (udeležencev) podjetja, njegove prednosti in slabosti, iz okolja izhajajoče možnosti in nevarnosti ter strategije in strukture podjetja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo preučili podjetje Aritours d. o. o. Podjetje smo predstavili in zanj opredelili izbrane posebnosti. Predstavili smo njegovo obstoječo vizijo, politiko podjetja ter strategije in strukture. Za podjetje Aritours d. o. o. smo planirali vizijo in politiko podjetja ter za opredelitev politike podjetja preučili vrednote ključnih udeležencev podjetja, preučili podjetje in zanj določili prednosti in slabosti, preučili okolje, v katerem se nahaja, ter zanj določili možnosti in nevarnosti. Za preučevano podjetje Aritours d. o. o. smo zapisali tudi vodila o poslanstvu in smotrih, ki so pomembna izrazna oblika politike podjetja.

Title:PLANNING OF VISION AND ENTERPRISE POLICY OF ARITOURS D. O. O. TOURIST AGENCY
Abstract:The company Aritours Ltd. is a tourist agency, which is active in Maribor from the year 1993. It is a micro company with five employees and is known as the biggest organizer of pilgrimages in Slovenia. In 2007, they decided to start with bee tourism in Slovenia because of rich bee-keeping tradition, which has not been known around the world yet. The diploma project with the basic topic of planning a vision and policy of the company Aritours Ltd. has been divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we have analyzed the definitions of different authors about a vision of a company, values of a company (of the participants), its advantages and weaknesses, opportunities and dangers, strategies and structures of a company. We have analyzed the company Aritours Ltd. in the practical part of the diploma project. We have presented the company and defined the chosen features for it. We have presented its current vision, policy of the company, strategies, and structuress. We have planned a vision and policy for the company Aritours Ltd. and we have analyzed values of the key participants of the company, analyzed the company and defined its strenghts and weaknesses for the company, we have also analyzed the environment of the company and defined opportunites and threats. We have also written guidelines about it missions and purposes, which are an important expressive policy form of the company Aritours Ltd.
