Abstract:
V projektni nalogi obravnavamo idejno zasnovo bivališč za gostujoče predavatelje na vogalu Strossmayerjeve in Smetanove ulice. Na začetku je predstavljen celosten način načrtovanja stanovanj. Sledi zgodovina in urbanistična zasnova mesta Maribora. Idejna zasnova je podprta z analizo širšega območja in analizo referenčnih primerov. V zaključku je razlaga koncepta z idejno zasnovo bivališč za gostujoče predavatelje na Univerzi v Mariboru.

Title:
Residence for visiting professors at University of Maribor
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a conceptual design of residence for visiting professors on the corner of Strossmayer street and Smetana street. The first part of the thesis describes how to design a modern apartment. The thesis then proceeds with the overview of Maribor history and Maribor master town plan. The proposed design of the building is based on an analysis of the wider area and an analysis of the reference examples. In the conclusion, the thesis describes the conceptual design of residence for visiting professors at University of Maribor.
