Abstract:Pri zelo kakovostnih soležnih zvarih spojin, ki so dinamično obremenjeni, nastanejo razpoke zaradi utrujenosti materiala zmeraj na prehodu temena vara v osnovi material, torej v TVP (toplotno vplivano področje) tik ob črti taljenja.

Title:Fatigue strength of a material at the weld toe of the weld joint on a high-strength structural steel
Abstract:With high-quality butt-welded joints that are dynamically loaded, cracks caused by material fatigue originate at the toe of weld that is in the HAZ (heat affected zone) adjacent to the fusion line. The experimental work was carried out on samples from the HAZ material prepared by simulation of thermal conditions during welding. The endurance limit in the concentrated stress state was correlated with the cooling time of the thermally most intensive weld pass and the last one that affects microstructure. The weld-joint load-carrying capacity can be assesed by the use of hardness data. In the case of a double-cycle HAZ, the endurance limiti and the static strength depend on the last thermal influence that reheats the material at the toe above the Ac3 temperature. This can be successfully used for welded-joint load-carrying-capacity improvemen in production.
