Abstract:Konkurenčnost, hitre spremembe v poslovanju, zastareli obstoječi informacijski sistemi itd., je samo nekaj izmed številnih razlogov, zakaj se je vse več organizacij v zadnjih letih odločilo za zamenjavo obstoječih poslovnih informacijskih sistemov in je uvedlo oz. uvaja celovite informacijske rešitve (v nadaljevanju rešitve ERP). Zaradi velikosti in kompleksnosti rešitev ERP je treba veliko pozornosti nameniti ne samo izbiri in uvedbi le-te, pač pa tudi uporabi le-te. Kljub temu da je v literaturi večkrat omenjeno, da je uspešna uporaba rešitev ERP odvisna od uporabnikov, pa natančen pregled literature na tem področju kaže, da ta ne ponuja jasnih odgovorov na vprašanje, kateri dejavniki in v kolikšni meri vplivajo na sprejetje in uporabo rešitev ERP pri uporabnikih.

Title:Enterprise resource planning solutions acceptance model (ERPAM)
Abstract:Competition, rapid changes in business, obsolete information systems, etc. are just some of the many reasons that so many organisations have decided to replace obsolete IS's with enterprise resource planning solutions (ERP solutions). Because of the complexity and size of ERP solutions, it is very important that organisations devote a lot attention to the selection and implementation of ERP solutions and their use. Nevertheless, it has been mentioned several times in the literature that successful use of ERP solutions depends on users themselves. A review of literature in the field does not show clear answers to the question of which factors and in what dimension they influence the acceptance and use of ERP solutions.
