Title:Priljubljenost likovne vzgoje pri učencih osnovne šole

Abstract:U predstavljenom istraživanju je ispitivana omiljenost likovnog odgoja kod učenika osnovne škole. Uzorak je bio sastavljen iz učenika 4. i 7. razreda osnovne škole. Istraživanje je temeljeno na prigodnom, neslučajnom odabiru učenika (n=468), starosti 9 i 12 godina. Istraživanjem smo željeli otkriti kako je omiljenost likovnog odgoja povezana sa spolom, ocjenom iz tog predmeta i primjerenošću rada učitelja. Interesiralo nas je i omiljenost likovnog odgoja u usporedbi sa tjelesnim i glazbenim odgojem. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je likovni odgoj kao najdraži predmet izabralo više djevojčica, a manje dječaka. Zaključili smo da je omiljenost likovnog odgoja u velikoj mjeri povezana s ocjenom iz tog predmeta i primjerenošću rada učitelja. Od odgojnih predmeta, likovni je najomiljeniji kod djevojčica, a kod dječaka je tjelesni omiljeniji od likovnog i glazbenog.

Abstract:The presented research is about the popularity of Art Education with primary school pupils. The sample is represented by pupils in 4th and 7th grades. The research is based on occasional, non-coincidental sample of pupils (n=468), aged between 9 and 12. The aim of the research was to find out, how the popularity of Art Education is linked with gender, the mark given for this subject and adequacy of the teacher's work. We were also interested in the comparison between the popularity of Art Education on the one side and Physical Education and Music on the other. The results of the research have shown that more girls than boys chose Art Education as the most popular subject. We have determined that the popularity of Art Education is to a large extent connected to the mark given for this subject and adequacy of the teacher's work. Among educational subjects Art Education is most popular with girls, whereas with boys Physical Education is more popular than Art Education or Music.
