Abstract:
Diplomska naloga predstavlja analizo toplotne prehodnosti plitvih temeljev pasivne hiše. Obravnava dva tipa temeljenja, primerna za gradnjo pasivne hiše, in sicer pasovni temelj ter temeljno ploščo. V uvodnih poglavjih, je podan pojem pasivne hiše. Opisan je standard pasivne hiše in njene glavne značilnosti. Za razumevanje analize toplotne prehodnosti je predstavljena osnovna teorija o gradbeni fiziki. Poleg analize toplotne prehodnosti, kjer ugotavlja potrebno debelino toplotne izolacije, se dotakne tudi stroškov izdelave obeh načinov temeljenja s pripadajočo debelino toplotne izolacije. Diplomsko delo nam ponuja odgovor na vprašanje: katero vrsto temeljenja izbrati za gradnjo pasivne hiše?

THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY ANALYSIS OF LOW FOUNDATED PASSIVE HOUSE WITHOUT THE BASEMENT
Abstract:
Graduation thesis presents thermal conductivity analysis of low foundated passive house without the basement. It deals with two different types of foundation strip foundation and foundation slab. Passive house concept is given in first chapters. Passive house standard and its main characteristics are described. In order to understand thermal conductivity analysis the basic theory of building physics is presented. In addition to thermal conductivity analysis, where required thickness of thermal insulation is found, the cost of producing both ways of foundations associated with the thickness of the thermal insulation is also done. The thesis offers us an answer to the question: what type of foundation you choose to build a passive house?
