Abstract:
Teoretična izhodišča: Bolnišnične okužbe predstavljajo najpogostejši zaplet zdravljenja v bolnišnici. Njihovo preprečevanje mora biti smiselno in usmerjeno k vzrokom za nastanek okužb. Zelo pomembno je izobraževanje tako študentov kot zdravstvenih delavcev. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je opisati bolnišnične okužbe in načine preprečevanja leteh. Z raziskavo želimo ugotoviti, v kakšni meri so študentje Fakultete za zdravstvene vede osveščeni o bolnišničnih okužbah ter o načinih preprečevanja le-teh. Metodologija raziskovanja: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela, preučili smo domačo in tujo literaturo ter elektronske vire. Raziskavo smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika izvedli med študenti Fakultete za zdravstvene vede. Rezultati: Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da 98 % študentov pozna definicijo bolnišničnih okužb. Vsi študentje (100 %) pa so bili enotni, da je najpomembnejša metoda za preprečevanje higiena rok in razkuževanje. Sklep: Pomembno je izobraževanje študentov o preprečevanju bolnišničnih okužb tekom študija pa tudi kontinuirano kasneje, ko se zaposlijo kot zdravstveni delavci.

STUDENT AWARENESS OF THE PREVENTION OF HOSPITAL INFECTION
Abstract:
Theoretische Ausgangspunkte: Krankenhausinfektionen stellen die häufigste Komplikation der Krankenhausbehandlung dar. Deren Vermeidung muss sinnvoll und auf die Ursachen der Entstehung von Infektion ausgerichtet sein. Sehr wichtig ist die Ausbildung sowohl der Studenten als auch medizinischen Fachpersonals. Zielbestimmung: Das Ziel der Diplomarbeit ist es Krankenhausinfektionen und deren Vermeidungsarten zu beschreiben. Mit der Studie wollen wir feststellen, inwieweit die Studenten der Fakultät für Gesundheitswissenschaften der Krankenhausinfektionen und deren Vermeidungsarten sich bewusst sind. Forschungsmethodologie: Wir verwendeten die deskriptive Arbeitsmethode, indem wir die slowenische und ausländische Literatur, sowie auch elektronische Quellen untersuchten. Wir führten eine Umfrage mittels Fragebogen unter den Studenten der Fakultät für Gesundheitswissenschaften durch. Ergebnisse: Die Studie ergab, dass 98% der Studenten die Definition von Krankenhausinfektionen kennen. Alle Studenten (100%) waren sich aber einig, dass die wichtigsten Vermeidungsmethoden Handhygiene und Desinfektion sind. Schlussfolgerung: Die Ausbildung von Studenten über Krankenhausinfektionen während des Studiums, als auch kontinuierlich später, wenn sie als medizinisches Fachpersonal arbeiten,ist wichtig.
