Abstract:
Pri razvoju novega izdelka za določene potrošnike je potrebno dobro načrtovanje poteka projekta in dovolj podrobno izvedene raziskave glede ciljnega trga, saj lahko to prihrani mnogo časa pri razvoju izdelka. V diplomskem delu smo zajeli razvoj aplikacije, ki bi jo lahko uporabljali menedžerji ali lastniki malih kot tudi velikih podjetij. Namen aplikacije je olajšati delo potrošnikom in jih naučiti boljšega upravljanja s človeškimi viri. Z raziskavami trga in s skupino ciljnih potrošnikov ter dobrega uporabniškega vmesnika smo prišli do smernic razvoja aplikacije. Z anketiranjem skupine ljudi s ciljnimi lastnosti smo potrdili teze diplomskega dela in na začetku raziskane smernice.

Abstract:
When developing a new product for certain consumers, having a good planning of the project and needed research carried out in respect of the target market in sufficient detail, can save you a lot of time in product development. This thesis includes the development of applications targeting managers or owners of small as well as large enterprises. The purpose of the application is to facilitate the work of consumers and teach them better management of human resources. With research of market, target group of consumers and a good user interface, we came to the guidelines for the development of the application. By surveying a group of people with targeted properties, we confirmed the hypothesis of the thesis and the researched guidelines.
