Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen poslovni načrt za zen vrt. V prvem delu je natančno predstavljena zasnova vrta z vsemi glavnimi sklopi standardnega poslovnega načrta: opis podjetja in panoge, opis storitve, analiza trga, strategija trženja, finančne projekcije ter načrt dela in aktivnosti, v drugem delu pa predstavljen finančni vidik. V tem delu so ocenjeni finančni parametri kot so višina investicije, neto sedanja vrednost, letni denarni tok in interna stopnja donosa. Višina investicije projekta je ocenjena na 14.890,70 €, povrnila pa naj bi se v 4 letih poslovanja. Ocenjena interna stopnja donosa ob povratku investicije je ocenjena na 16, 86 %. Del raziskave predstavlja tudi izvedba ankete o samem poznavanju in zanimanju za zen in zen vrt.

Title:	Business plan for zen garden
Abstract:	The diploma thesis presents a business plan for a Zen garden. The first part accurately presents the design of the garden with all major complexes of a standard business plan: description of the company and the industry, description of services, market analysis, marketing strategy, financial projections and plan of the work and activities, while the second part presents the financial aspect. In this part are estimated financial parameters such as level of investment, net present value, annual income and internal rate of income. The amount of the investment project is estimated at € 14,890.70, it should be reimbursed within 4 years of operations. The estimated internal rate of income at the return of the investment is estimated at 16, 86%. Part of the research is also conducting a survey about the knowledge and interest in Zen and Zen garden.
