Title:VLOGA IN POMEN ZBOROVODJE V OTROŠKEM IN MLADINSKEM PEVSKEM ZBORU

Abstract:V diplomskem delu obravnavamo vlogo in pomen zborovodje v otroškem in mladinskem pevskem zboru. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti: • izkušnje zborovodij z vodenjem otroških in mladinskih pevskih zborov ter izkušnje zborovodij z njihovim predstavljanjem oz. nastopanjem v javnosti, • samooceno zborovodij glede na njihove strokovne sposobnosti in občečloveške lastnosti. Ugotoviti smo želeli, ali se zborovodje po samooceni strokovnih sposobnosti in občečloveških lastnosti razlikujejo glede na delovno mesto in glasbeno izobrazbo. V teoretičnem delu smo osvetlili osebnost in strokovne sposobnosti zborovodje, obiskali in analizirali različne revije pevskih zborov ter opisali glasbeno novost – Navidezni pevski zbor. Za empirično raziskavo smo uporabili deskriptivno kavzalno-neeksperimentalno metodo empiričnega pedagoškega raziskovanja. V vzorec smo zajeli 115 učiteljev razrednega pouka in glasbene umetnosti. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika smo ugotovili, da imajo zborovodje z vodenjem pevskih zborov pozitivne izkušnje, saj kot glavni razlog za vodenje interesne dejavnosti navajajo veselje do vodenja pevskih zborov. Otroški in mladinski pevski zbori se vsako leto udeležijo vseh prireditev matične osnovne šole in občinskih revij pevskih zborov. Od strokovnih sposobnosti zborovodje najvišje ocenjujejo muzikalnost, ritmični čut in glasbeni posluh, od občečloveških lastnosti pa spoštovanje in ljubezen do otrok. Pri samoocenjevanju zborovodij glede na delovno mesto smo ugotovili statistično značilne razlike pri skoraj vseh strokovnih sposobnostih in pri samo eni občečloveški lastnosti (spoštovanje in ljubezen do otrok). Pri samoocenjevanju zborovodij glede na glasbeno izobrazbo statistično značilnih razlik nismo našli.

Title:THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF A CONDUCTOR IN THE CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH'S CHOIR
Abstract:In the thesis conductor's role and his importance in the children's and youth choir is addressed. The aim of the thesis was to examine: • conductors’ experience in managing children's and youth choirs and conductors’ experience with public performance, • conductors’ self-assessment, regarding their professional skills and general human characteristics. Based on the conductors’ self-assessment, we wanted to know whether the work of the conductors varies depending on their job or their musical education. In the theoretical part, we shed light on conductor’s personality and professional skills. We visited and analyzed a variety of choir magazines and describe musical novelty – Virtual Choir. For the empirical study, we used descriptive causal-non-experimental method of empirical pedagogical research. The sample included 115 primary school teachers and musical arts degree teachers. Based on the questionnaire, we found out that the conductors have positive experience in choir conducting. They also stressed the joy of choir conducting as the main reason for keeping the school activities. Children's and youth choirs attend all school events and municipal choir presentations each year. From the professional skills the highest rated among the conductors are musicality, rhythmic sense and musical ear. From general-human qualities the highest rated are respect and love for the children. In the self-assessment of the conductors, according to the post, we found statistically significant differences in almost all the professional skills and only one general-human quality – respect and love for children. In the self-assessment of the conductors, according to their musical education, statistically significant differences were not found.
