Abstract:
Izhodišča: V raziskavi smo se osredotočili na ravnanje z odpadki, ki nastanejo v podjetju Vitiva, proizvodnja in storitve, d. d, Nova Vas pri Markovcih 98, 2281 Markovci ki se ukvarjajo s proizvodnjo rožmarina. Podjetje je velik proizvajalec odpadkov, saj imajo velik proizvodni obrat in se količine odpadkov vežejo direktno na proizvodnjo, če je proizvodnja manjša je nastajanje odpadkov manjše in seveda obratno. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili način kako naj podjetje zmanjša nastajanje odpadkov tako nenevarnih kakor nevarnih odpadkov in rokovanje z njimi. Metodologija raziskovanja: Pri izdelavi diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili domačo in tujo literaturo z iskanjem v svetovnem spletu (Metaiskalnik in ScienceDirect). V raziskovalnem delu smo izvedli intervju z vodjo podjetja. Pridobljene podatke o količini odpadkov smo statistično obdelali s pomočjo Microsoft Excela ter rezultate ponazorili v obliki grafov. Rezultati: Podjetje na letni ravni pridela največ odpadkov papirne in kartonske embalaže in sicer v letu 2014 beleži kar 6.000kg, njihovi odpadki pa so odvisni od količine proizvedenega rožmarina. Podjetje pridela na letni ravni približno 30 ton odpadkov. Podjetje ima svojo sežigalnico za odpadek tropine rožmarina, letno nastane 10 ton teh odpadkov in z njih pridobivajo visoko tlačno paro, ki je nujno potrebna za proizvodni proces rožmarina Sklep: Podjetje ima zelo razgibano proizvodnjo, zato je predvidevanje količin odpadkov težko, saj je njihova proizvodnja vezana na naročila odjemalcev. Podjetje se komaj uveljavlja na trgu po svetu, zato imajo v prihodnjih letih vizijo širjenja in večanja proizvodnje, s tem pa se bodo tudi povečevala količina odpadkov in posredno ravnanje z odpadki.

HANDLING WASTE IN ROSEMARY PRODUCTION
Abstract:
Background: In this study we focused on the management of waste generated in the company Vitiva, manufacturing and services, d. d, which is engaged in the production of rosemary. The company is a major manufacturer of waste because they have a large manufacturing plant and quantities of waste bind directly to production, when the production of less waste is reduced and vice versa. In the thesis, we presented a way on how to reduce waste as hazardous as hazardous waste and its handling. Research Methodology: In the manufacture of the thesis, we used descriptive method. In the theoretical part, we used domestic and foreign literature by searching the World Wide Web (meta and ScienceDirect)., In the research we conducted an interview with the head of the company. Acquired data on the quantity of waste were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the results illustrated in the form of graphs. Results: Company at the annual level produces the most waste paper and cardboard packaging, and in 2014 recorded as 6.000kg, their waste is dependent on the quantity of rosemary, the company produced on an annual basis approximately 30 tons of waste. The company has its own incinerator for waste rosemary cake, because it produced high pressure steam, which is necessary for the production process of rosemary Conclusion: Wastes that are tied directly to production, will also be an upward trend in the coming years, if the production capacity grew in size and will be reduced if the production capacity has decreased. The company has a very diverse production, so it is difficult to predict the amounts of waste, because their production is tied to contract customers.
