Abstract:
Teoretična izhodišča: Anoreksija nervoza je duševna motnja, ki je v današnjem svetu vedno bolj pogosta in v največji meri prizadene prav mladostnike, ki podležejo visokim standardom in idealom, ki jih narekuje družba in način sodobnega življenja. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti motnjo hranjenja s poudarkom na anoreksiji nervozi in vlogo medicinske sestre pri zdravljenju in ozaveščanju o anoreksiji nervozi. Želeli smo ugotoviti kakšno je znanje in informiranost mladih o anoreksiji nervozi, in kakšen pomen ima medicinska sestra pri predajanju svojega znanja mladim o tej duševni motnji. Metodologija raziskovanja: Uporabili smo deskriptivno in analitično metodo raziskovanja s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki je vseboval 23 vprašanj. Ob pregledu strokovne domače in tuje literature smo opisali motnjo hranjenja s poudarkom na anoreksiji nervozi. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da dijaki površno poznajo anoreksijo nervozo in da se znanje dijakov četrtega letnika razlikuje od znanja dijakov prvega letnika, saj bolje poznajo anoreksijo nervozo, njene simptome, značilnosti bolezni in prognozo. Sklep: Anoreksija nervoza je bolezen, ki je pogostejša ravno pri mladostnikih, zato je zelo pomembno, da jo čim prej prepoznamo. Hitro ukrepanje in pomoč strokovnjakov izredno izboljša prognozo bolezni in prepreči splošne posledice anoreksije nervoze.

INFORMING YOUTH ABOUT ANOREXIA NERVOSA
Abstract:
Theoretical background: Anorexia Nervosa is a mental disorder that in today's world, more and more often and with a great extent, affeets adolescents, who succumb to high standards and ideals dictated by socity and the modern way to life. Purpose: The purpose is to present the eating disorder, with focus on anorexia nervosa and the role of nurses in the treatment and awareness of anorexia nervosa. We wanted to find out, what is knowledge and information of young people about anorexia nervosa and the significance of the nurse in passing on her knowledge to young people about this disorder. Methodology: We used descriptive and analitical methad of researching with using a questionnaire with 23 questious. With domestic and foreign literature, we examineted the eating disorder, with focus on anorexia nervosa. Results: We found out, that the students knowledge is superficial and that the knowladge of students in the fourth grade is much better from students in first grade, they are more familiar with symptoms, characterisitcs and prognosis of this disorder. Conclusion: Anorexia nervosa is a disease, that is most common in adolescents that, so it is very important to recognize this disorder as soon as it get. Only a uick response and assistance of a specialist highly improves a prognose disease and prevent general inplications of anorexia nervosa.
