Title:IZOBRAŽEVANJE OTROK S POSEBNIMI POTREBAMI V REDNIH OSNOVNIH ŠOLAH V PRETEKLOSTI IN DANES

Abstract:V magistrskem delu se posvečamo poučevanju otrok s posebnimi potrebami v rednih osnovnih šolah v preteklosti in danes. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene skupine otrok s posebnimi potrebami. Podrobno je predstavljena tudi zakonodaja od leta 1990 dalje, ki predstavlja temelj za vključevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v redne osnovne šole. Prav tako smo se osredotočili na zgodovino poučevanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami in na poučevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami danes, pri čemer sta podrobneje predstavljena integracija in inkluzija kot temeljna pojma za poučevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v rednih osnovnih šolah. Posebno poglavje smo namenili izobraževanju učiteljev za delo z učenci s posebnimi potrebami. V empiričnem delu je bil namen raziskave anketiranje učiteljev razrednega pouka, da bi ugotovili, kako so se mnenja učiteljev o ustreznosti izobrazbe, o uporabi metod, načinu pridobivanja znanja za poučevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami in priprave na poučevanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami iz preteklosti do danes spremenile. Rezultati so pokazali, da ne obstajajo bistvene razlike v poučevanju otrok s posebnimi potrebami v preteklosti (pred letom 2000) in danes.

Title:EDUCATION OF PUPILS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN BASIC SCHOOLS NOWDAYS AND IN THE PAST
Abstract:The thesis is focused on teaching children with special needs in regular basic schools in past and present. Groups of children with special needs are introduced the theoretical part. The legislation that presents the base for inclusion of children with special needs in basic schools is also presented in detail. The education of children with special needs throughout history and today was elaborated as well. Furthermore, the processes of integration and inclusion are described as the fundamental terms for teaching children with special needs in basic schools. A special chapter is dedicated to the teacher training for working with children with special needs. The survey’s purpose in the empirical part was interviewing basic school teachers to establish how the teachers’ opinion on teaching children with special needs, method usage, ways of acquiring knowledge and class preparations in terms of teaching children with special needs has changed from past to today. The results show no significant differences in teaching from past (before 2000) and nowadays.
