Abstract:
Tržni in konkurenčni pogoji se za določeno proizvodno podjetje stalno spreminjajo. Dinamika zunanjih vplivov sili podjetje, da vedno znova preverja in optimizira svoje strateške cilje in njihovo operativno doseganje. Specialistično delo obsega tri področja z urejanja proizvodnje in zmanjševanja stroškov. Po pregledu teoretičnih osnov posameznega področja je v nadaljevanju dela najprej obdelano kratkoročno planiranje z uporabo poslovno-informacijskega sistema SAP v podjetju. S pomočjo aplikacije za simulacijsko analizo SIMUL8 in v okviru projekta »KAIZEN« pa je obdelana in optimizirana proizvodna linija uparjalnikov za velike gospodinjske aparate.

OPTIMIZATION THE PRODUCTION OF EVAPORATORS FOR LARGE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
Abstract:
Market and competitive conditions are constantly changing for a specific production company. The dynamics of external influences forces a company to constantly check and optimize its strategic and operational objectives and their achievements. Special work includes three areas of regulation in production and cost reduction. After reviewing the theoretical bases of each area, postgraduate work focuses on short term planning using SAP system in the company. Production line of evaporators for large household appliances has been processed and optimized by using the application for simulation and analysis SIMUL8 within the framework of the project "KAIZEN".
