Abstract:
Razmere, ki so nastale v času recesije so pustile kot posledico mobing ali psihično nasilje, katerega lahko izvaja tako delodajalec kot zaposleni. Zaradi uvoza cenejšega blaga/materiala iz tujine ter preselitve podjetij v tujino zaradi cenejše delovne sile, so se začela odpuščanja. Posledica odpuščanj je pritisk na tiste, ki so v podjetjih ostali zaposleni. Pritisk, ki nastaja je lahko razlog za mobing v različnih oblikah. Žrtev lahko postane nadrejeni ali delavec. Pojavlja se tudi v podjetjih, kjer je konkurenca za določeno delovno mesto velika, to pomeni, da nekdo (delavec) bolj inteligenten ali je bolj sposoben za to delo, kot nekdo, ki to delo že opravlja. Mobing se pojavi preprosto iz razloga, ker je nekdo drugačen. Nekdo, ki mobing izvaja se mogoče niti ne zaveda, da to počne. Za izbrano temo diplomske naloge sem se odločila na podlagi mojih izkušenj z mobingom in na podlagi izkušenj ožjega družinskega člana. Po opazovanjih in ugotovitvah do katerih sem prišla pri pisanju diplomske naloge, ugotavljam, da skoraj ni več delovnega mesta ali podjetja, v katerem ne bi vršili mobinga. V prvem delu diplomske naloge sem iz teorije povzela splošno razlago mobinga, navedla vzroke ter posledice mobinga. V drugem delu pa sem predstavila žrtev ter intervju z žrtvijo kot študijo primera ter na podlagi tega izdelala anketo v podjetju. Na podlagi intervjuja sem analizirala tudi stanje v podjetju, z anketo na delovnem mestu, kjer je bila zaposlena naša žrtev. V tretjem delu pa sem anketirala (25 respondentov) zaposlene v podjetju, v katerem je žrtev doživljala mobing. Na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika in ugotovitvah smo si zastavili Hipotezo 1: V podjetju zaposleni občutijo visoko stopnjo mobinga. V četrtem delu sem dala predloge za izboljšanje stanja. Namen diplomske naloge je opozoriti na mobing, ozavestiti ljudi o tem, kaj je mobing in kakšne posledice pušča, še vedno ne zavedamo, kaj sploh je in kakšni so lahko njegovi izidi.

MOBBING AT THE WORKPLACE IN THE COMPANY X D.O.O.
Abstract:
The conditions created by the recession have resulted in mobbing or psychological violence towards employers or employees. Because of imports of cheaper goods/materials from abroad and companies moving there to find a cheaper workforce, employees started losing their jobs. However, the consequences of firing put pressure on those who remained employed. Such pressure can lead to various forms of mobbing. The victim can be either the employer or the employee. Mobbing can also occur in companies where competition in the workplace is too strong, which means that someone (an employee) is more intelligent or smarter and has more skills for a certain job that someone else who is already doing it. Mobbing can simply occur because someone is different. The persons committing mobbing, however, might not even be aware of what they are doing. For the purpose of this thesis I decided to explore mobbing on the basis of my experience with the issue and experience of a family member. Observations and findings suggest that no company is free of mobbing. In the first part of the thesis I provided a general insight into mobbing and outlined its causes and consequences. The second part presents the victim and the interview I conducted with the victim to lay the foundation for the case study and a survey. Based on the interview and the survey among employees I analysed the situation in the company where our victim was employed. In the third part I surveyed 25 employees (respondents) in the company in which the victim experienced mobbing. Survey findings confirmed hypothesis 1: The employees of the company face a high level of mobbing. In the fourth part I provided suggestions for improvements. The purpose of this thesis is to warn about what mobbing can do, raise awareness of it, and point to its consequences because we still lack understanding of the issue and do not know what might happen and how to tackle it.
