Abstract:
Človek v vlogi voznika je s svojimi psihofizičnimi procesi in osebnostjo odločilni vplivni dejavnik pri zaznavanju in upoštevanju prometne signalizacije. Prav tako je v vlogi vzdrževalca ceste odgovoren za pravilno postavitev in vzdrževanje vertikalne prometne signalizacije, ki smo jo podrobneje prikazali na podlagi predpisov iz Pravilnika o prometni signalizaciji in opremi na javnih cestah v Republiki Sloveniji . V posebnem delu diplomskega dela smo na primeru cestne zapore prikazali uporabo vertikalne signalizacije z namenom zagotavljanja prometne varnosti za potrebe izgradnje pločnika. Pri tem so prikazani vsi postopki načrtovanja in priprave cestne zapore v skladu s Pravilnikom o načinu označevanja in zavarovanja del na javnih cestah in ovir v cestnem prometu.

Title:
ENSURING ROAD SAFETY WITH VERTICAL SIGNS
Abstract:
A man with his psychophysical processes and personality in the role of driver is decisive influential factor in detecting and regard to traffic signs. In his role as a roads maintainer, he is responsible for he correct installation and maintenance vertical traffic signs on roads in Republic of Slovenia, which we have presented in detail on the basis of the regulations from »Pravilnik o prometni signalizaciji in opremi na javnih cestah« . In a special section of this paper we demonstrated how to use vertical signs for ensuring road safety in case of roadblock for construction pavement needs. We showed the proper procedure for making the documentation for getting required consensus for a roadblock which is designed and build according to »Pravilnik o načinu označevanja in zavarovanja del na javnih cestah in ovir v cestnem prometu«.
