Abstract:V magistrskem delu je podrobno predstavljen celoten potek izdelave naprave za vizualno in mehansko kontrolo gumenega izdelka. Naprava deluje popolnoma avtomatsko, človeški poseg je potreben le v primeru napake, ki je naprava ne more zaznati. Gumeni kos je torej pregledan vizualno s pomočjo kamere in mehansko po principu tesnjenja. Zapisani so potrebni izračuni in izdelava posameznih segmentov naprave. Kot pomembnejša je izpostavljena zgradba električne omare in električne ter pnevmatske vezave. Podrobneje je predstavljeno tudi programiranje kamere v programu LabView in programiranje krmilnika v programu Step 7.

Title:DEVICE FOR VISUAL AND MECHANICAL CONTROL
Abstract:The master thesis describes in details the entire construction process of a machine, intended for visual and mechanical inspection of rubber products. The machine is fully automated, human intervention is only required in the event of an error that the device can not eliminate by itself. Rubber piece is then inspected visually with the help of an IP camera and mechanically by the sealing principle. The paper includes necessary calculations and production of individual segments needed for the device. The other important parts are the construction of an electrical cabinet, also the electrical and pneumatic wiring. Important is also the description of the IP camera programming in LabVIEW and programming of controller in Step 7.
