Abstract:V diplomskem delu sta podani predstavitvi postopka oddaje javnega naročila ter postopka priprave ponudbenega predračuna za gradnjo gradbenega objekta. V opisu izvedbe javnega naročila so podrobneje predstavljene vse vrste postopkov javnih razpisov za oddajo del, vključno z opisi vse potrebne dokumentacije ter v odvisnosti od ocenjene vrednosti gradnje objektov. Glede na veljavno zakonodajo o javnem naročanju znotraj postopka oddaje javnega naročanja gradnje ponudniki pripravijo ponudbeni predračun, ki pa je v veliki meri odvisen od kvalitetne in podrobne priprave projektantskih popisov del in projektantskih predračunov. Postopek priprave ponudbenega predračuna je teoretično opisan v postopku znotraj katerega so podrobneje predstavljeni postopki izdelave glavne analize cene posamezne predračunske postavke za gradbena dela ter pripadajoče predkalkulacije. Pri oblikovanju ponudbene cene so upoštevani neposredni stroški, med katere uvrščamo stroške materiala, dela, transportov in mehanizacije. Predstavljen je tudi postopek dodajanja posrednih stroškov, to so stroški režije. V praktičnem delu je na primeru rekonstrukcije zgornjega ustroja Ulice Kneza Koclja v Mariboru podan prikaz poenostavljenega, hitrega in transparentnega postopka priprave ponudbenega predračuna, izdelanega z računalniškim programom za pripravo gradbenih kalkulacij BLIST.

Title:BIDE ESTIMATE FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT STRUCTURE IN KNEZA KOCLJA STREET IN MARIBOR
Abstract:This diploma paper presents, firstly, the procurement procedure for the award of a public contract and secondly, the procedure for the preparation of bidding price for construction works. The description for the implementation of a public procurement includes a detailed presentation of different types of procedures of procurement for contracting, including the description of construction documents and in accordance with the estimated value for construction works. In accordance with the current legislation on public procurement and in the framework of the procedure for the award of a public contract, the contractor prepares a bidding price. Bidding price primarily depends on the quality and detailed preparation of work performance specifications for project design and project design bidding price. The theoretical part described the procedure for the preparation of bidding price, including a detailed description of the procedures for the main analysis of price for a single construction works, as well as respective pre-calculations. When defining the offer price, indirect costs were taken into account that comprise costs of material, labour costs, transportation costs and mechanisation costs. In addition, the procedure for adding direct costs, i.e. management costs, is also presented. The practical part of the diploma paper demonstrates, on the example of a Reconstruction of the Superstructure of the street Kneza Koclja in Maribor, a simplified, fast and transparent procedure for the preparation of bidding price, by using the software for construction calculations, i.e. BLIST.
