Abstract:
Skozi pisanje diplomskega dela, smo s pomočjo raziskave predlagali možne rešitve na področju marketinga spletne trgovine globepoint.si. V začetku diplomske naloge smo z različno literaturo opisali področje marketinga za potrebe spletne trgovine in področje marketinškega komuniciranja. Področje marketinga za potrebe spletne trgovine smo opisali iz več različnih zornih kotov, od tega kako naj podjetje komunicira z odjemalci, katere medije naj uporabi in katera orodja so jim na voljo, do tega kako naj pozicionira izdelke, ki jih prodaja v svoji spletni trgovini. Predstavili smo podjetje, kratko zgodovino podjetja ter okolje, v katerem posluje. V diplomskem delu smo poleg predstavitve podjetja identificirali in predstavili tudi konkurenco ter njihove marketinške aktivnosti. Skozi raziskavo smo prišli do informacij, ki so nam pomagale pri testiranju hipotez. Spraševali smo se, ali potencialni kupci zaupajo nakupom v spletnih trgovinah, preverjali njihovo aktivnost na socialnih omrežjih, ozaveščenost potencialnih kupcev o spletni trgovini globepoint.si in o njihovem zadovoljstvu. Na podlagi raziskave smo ugotovili, da je za podjetje GP d.o.o. najučinkovitejši način trženja preko Google AdWords orodja ter da mora podjetje pripraviti ustrezno strategijo za marketing na socialnih omrežjih.

MARKETING AT WEB SHOP GLOBEPOINT.SI
Abstract:
In the process of writing this thesis we made some suggestions for future marketing activities of web shop globepoint.si. At the beginning of the thesis we explained various points of view on marketing needs of web shop globepoint.si. We researched a lot of literature that helped us to understand what are the needs for marketing of web shop globepoint.si. During the research of the literature we presented various ways on how to promote the web shop, how to communicate with consumers, which media should the company use for marketing activities and how to present their products. We have presented the company behind web shop globepoint.si, it's short history and it's business environment. Through the writing of the thesis we have identified company's main rivals and their marketing activities aswell as marketing activities of company GP d.o.o. For the needs of research we have assembled a short survey, which gave us crucial information need for hypothesis testing and research quiestions. We gained information about potencial clients, how they see online shopping, their activity on social media, their awareness of globepoint.si and their satisfaction. At the end of the thesis we came with the conclusion that using Google AdWords is the most effective way of advertising the web shop. The company should prepare the right social media marketing strategy.
