Title:Racionalizacija embaliranja v podjetju Kovis, d.o.o.

Abstract:Embaliranje izdelkov predstavlja pomemben postopek v podjetju, saj embalaža izdelek ščiti, mu daje oporo in ustvarja dodano vrednost. Dobro organizirano embaliranje in postopki pakiranja predstavljajo podjetju prednost pred konkurenco, saj lahko spakirajo in odpremijo več izdelkov ter tako ustvarjajo večji dobiček. V diplomskem delu smo racionalizirali embaliranje v podjetju Kovis, d. o. o. Najprej smo predstavili teoretične osnove embaliranja, skladiščenja in notranjega transporta. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili trenutne postopke embaliranja, vnosov izdelkov v sistem, naročanja embalaže, skladiščenja ter notranjega transporta v podjetju Kovis. Pridobljene podatke smo kritično analizirali in podali rešitve problema, in sicer smo podali predloge za prenovo informacijske tehnologije, delovnega procesa embaliranja in pakiranja, skladiščenja ter notranjega transporta. V zaključku smo ocenili učinke predlaganih rešitev problemov in predstavili pogoje za njihovo uvedbo ter možnost nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:Rationalization of packaging process in Kovis, d.o.o.
Abstract:Packaging of products is an important procedure in a company. It is used to protect a product, give it support and create added value. If packaging and its procedures are well-organized, the company has an advantage against competition. It can pack and send more products as well as gain more profit. The diploma thesis deals with rationalisation of packaging in the company Kovis, d. o. o. We have introduced theoretical bases of packaging, storage and internal transport. The following chapters give details about present procedures of packaging, products' entry into the system, ordering packaging, storage and internal transport in the company Kovis. The information collected have been critically analysed and solutions have been offered in connection with renewal of information technology, working processes of packaging, storage and internal transport. The effects of the solutions suggested have been evaluated and conditions for their implementation and further development have been introduced in the final part of the thesis.
