Abstract:
V tem diplomskem delu je iz tehnološkega in ekonomskega vidika raziskan in opisan CNC proizvodni sistem v podjetju Alutec (Mariborska livarna Maribor), pri čemer je podrobno predstavljena mehanska obdelava ohišja menjalnika na CNC obdelovalnem centru. V uvodnih, teoretičnih poglavjih so predstavljene osnove NC in CNC tehnologije, programiranja CNC strojev, CAD/CAM tehnologije ter opredelitev stroškov. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljen izdelek ohišje menjalnika, opisana je avtomatizirana linija za mehansko obdelavo ter vsi procesi, ki so del te linije. Podrobneje je predstavljen CNC obdelovalni center za mehansko obdelavo ter s pomočjo slik opisan proces mehanske obdelave. Zadnje poglavje je namenjeno stroškovni analizi proizvodnje ohišja menjalnika, kjer so našteti in opisani vsi stroški proizvodnje ter narejen izračun mesečnega dobička glede na prodajno ceno izdelka.

Title:
Technological and economic analysis of CNC production system
Abstract:
In this graduation thesis CNC production system in the company Alutec (Mariborska livarna Maribor) from technological and economic point of view is explored and described. Mechanical processing of gearbox casing on CNC machining centre is presented in details. In the introductory, theoretical chapters present the basics of NC and CNC technology, programming of CNC machines, CAD/CAm technology and definition of costs. In the practical part of the thesis the product gearbox casing is presented and an automated line for mechanical processing and all other processes, which are the part of this line, are described. CNC machining centre and procedure of mechanical processing are presented in more details through photos. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of costs, where all the gearbox casing production costs are listed and described. In addition, a calculation of monthly profit depending on the selling price of the product is made.
