Abstract:
Projektna naloga predstavlja arhitekturni načrt idejne zasnove trajnostno naravnane prenove domače enodružinske hiše, ki je bila zgrajena v poznih 80-ih letih. Pozneje je bila stanovanjski stavbi prizidana mehanična delavnica, ki ni v uporabi. V uvodnem delu naloge so opredeljena izhodišča in glavni vidiki za oblikovanje arhitekturne rešitve, sledi analiza obstoječega stanja obravnavanega objekta, pri kateri se pokažejo pomanjkljivosti v funkcionalni zasnovi tlorisnih rešitev in osvetljenosti v stanovanjskem objektu, v prizidku pa zlasti v konstrukcijski zasnovi. Celotni objekt ne ustreza današnjim zahtevam po energetski učinkovitosti. Osrednji del naloge je tako namenjen funkcionalni in energetsko učinkoviti zasnovi arhitekturne rešitve, s katero smo dosegli kakovostne bivalne pogoje ter povečali izkoriščenost in estetsko vrednost enodružinske hiše kot enovitega objekta.

Title:
Sustainable architecture standards: Sustainable renovation of a single-family house
Abstract:
The project work presents the conceptual design of the sustainable renovation of the one-family house, which was built in the late 80's. Later, the mechanical workshop was built as an extension to the residential building. In the introduction the basic principles and main aspects for the design of architectural solutions have been defined, followed by the analysis of the state of the art of the building, where the weaknesses of the functional concept and illumination in the residential building and in the extension the weaknesses of the structural design and energy efficiency have been observed. In this view, the central part is dedicated to the functional and energy efficient architectural design, with which the quality of living conditions and the increase of the utilization and the aesthetic value of the one-family house as a comprehensive building has been achieved.
