Title:PRENOVA POSLOVNEGA INFORMACIJSKEGA SISTEMA ZA REVIZIJO

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena programska rešitev prenove poslovnega informacijskega sistema za revizijo. Za področje izvajanja revizije v podjetju FINARS, d. o. o., kot tudi pri njihovih strankah, se trenutno uporablja več različnih programskih rešitev. Decentralizirana in funkcijsko omejena obstoječa programska rešitev podjetju bistveno podaljšuje revizijski cikel in s tem obremenjuje zaposlene, ki bi lahko ta čas namenili tudi drugim nalogam in funkcijam. Izvedena je bila migracija in dopolnitev obstoječe relacijske baze na nov sistem za upravljanje podatkovne baze. Na novo se je zasnovalo in izdelalo programsko rešitev prenovljenega poslovnega informacijskega sistema za revizijo in izvedlo testiranje programske rešitve v praksi. Cilj nove programske rešitve je izvedba revizijskega cikla na enem mestu, od vnosa zahtevka za izvedbo revizije do priprave končnega revizijskega poročila in na koncu arhiviranja revizije. Nova programska rešitev omogoča revizorjem in ostalim zaposlenim preprosto vnašanje in pregledovanje revizij ter pripravo revizijskih poročil.

Title:RENOVATION OF BUSINESS INFORMATION SISTEM FOR AUDIT
Abstract:This thesis presents a software solution renovation of business information system for audit. For the scope of the implementation of audit in the company FINARS d.o.o., as well as by their customers are currently using several different software solutions. Decentralized and functionally limited existing software solution in the company significantly extends the audit cycle and thereby burdens the employees, which could only-this time also devoted to other tasks and functions. Migration and complement of existing relational database was carried out to a new system for database management. The software solution was newly conceived and made for renewed business information system for audit and carried out by testing of software solution in practice. Objective of the new software solution is the execution of the audit cycle in one place, from the input request for executing audit to the preparation of the final audit report and at the end archiving the audit. The new software solution enables auditors and other employees simple entering and reviewing of audits and preparation of audit reports.
