Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na logistično infrastrukturo in pomembnosti le te na izvajanje logistične storitve. V okviru logistične infrastrukture smo se omejili na polnilne postaje za električna vozila, ki predstavljajo enega izmed osnovnih objektov, ki omogočajo množičnost uporabe električnih vozil. Podobno bi lahko rekli za bencinske črpalke za fosilna goriva, ki so ključnega pomena za množično odvijanje prometa z vozili na fosilna goriva. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo predstavili električna vozila ter njihove lastnosti in karakteristike. Prav tako smo predstavili polnilne postaje. Pregledali smo načine polnjenja, nivoje polnjena in tehnične karakteristike. Posvetili smo se tudi Evropskim projektom in direktivam na področju implementacije infrastrukture in sistemskega okolja za polnjenje električnih vozil. V raziskovalnem delu naloge smo najprej predstavili dejansko stanje električnih vozil in javnih polnilnih postaj v Sloveniji, nato pa smo s pomočjo ankete raziskali vpliv logistične infrastrukture v Sloveniji. Rezultati, ki smo jih analizirali in komentirali so nas pripeljali do zaključka, da logistična infrastruktura v veliki meri vpliva na uporabo električnih vozil v Sloveniji. Problem predstavlja predvsem nezadostno število informacij o polnilni infrastrukturi, načinu polnjenja, zagotavljanju varnosti pri polnjenju ter lokacijah javnih polnilnih postaj. V kasnejši fazi pa tudi o pomanjkanju javnih polnilnih postaj, predvsem takih, ki omogočajo hitro polnjenje. Na podlagi tega smo prišli do sklepa, da logistična infrastruktura pomembno vpliva na uporabo električnih vozil v Sloveniji.

Title:
Logistics infrastructure influence on use of electric vehicles in Slovenia
Abstract:
Our thesis focuses on the logistics infrastructure and the importance of it regarding the execution of logistics services. We restricted our research to the charging stations for electrical cars which are the fundamental objects to achieve a mass usage of electrical cars. There are a lot of parallels with regular gasoline stations, which play a key role in the mass usage of vehicles which run on fossil fuels. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the types of electrical cars and their characteristics and properties. We also analyzed the charging stations. This part of the analysis focuses on the methods of charging, levels of charging and the technical characteristics. Our attention was also on the European projects and directives in the field of infrastructure implementation and systemic environment for charging electrical cars. The practical part of our thesis focuses on the actual state of electrical cars and public charging stations in Slovenia. A fundamental part of our research is based on the survey which focuses on the effect of the logistics infrastructure in Slovenia. We analyzed and commented on the survey results, which brought us to the conclusion that the logistics infrastructure plays a key role in the usage of electrical cars in Slovenia. Above all, the main problems are the lack of information of charging infrastructure, methods of charging, the safety while charging and the location of public charging stations. Another problem that occurred was the lack of public charging station, particularly those which enable fast charging. On the basis of our findings we determined that the logistics infrastructure does in fact significantly influences the overall usage of electrical cars in Slovenia.
