Abstract:
Podjetja si v današnjem času želijo biti konkurenčna svetovnemu trgu. Eno najpomembnejših meril za uspešnost podjetja je vodenje proizvodnje. V diplomski nalogi so v prvem delu opisane teoretične osnove vodenja proizvodnje. Najprej je predstavljeno podjetje, nato so opisane še druge teme, kot sta priprava in nadzor proizvodnje. Zatem smo se osredotočili na proces vodenja proizvodnje, pri čemer so podane bistvene stvari, od načrtovanja proizvodnega programa do usklajevanja naročil. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je opisano trenutno stanje v podjetju Orodjarna & inženiring Alba, kamor je vključen tudi program Perftech.Largo. Prikazan je postopek, in sicer od predaje dokumentacije do izdelave končnega izdelka, podane so predloge za izboljšanje vodenja proizvodnje, s čimer bi med drugim lahko pripomogli k usklajenosti rokov.

Analysis of production managing in Orodjarna & inženiring Alba d.o.o.
Abstract:
The companies nowadays want to be competitive in the global market. One of the most important criteria for the success of the company is production management. In the first part of my diploma I presented theoretical basics of production management. After the introduction of the company I described other topics, like production planning and production control. Afterwards I focused on process of production management, where I summarized the essentials, from planning of the production program, to harmonisation of orders. In the second part of my certificate I described the current situation in Orodjarna & Inženiring Alba, where I also included the program Perftech.Largo. I demonstrated the procedure from where the construction office hands over the documentation papers to the making of the final product. I also gave some possible suggestions for improvement of the production management that would besides other things help with term proportionment.
