Abstract:
Vzrokov za krizo je veliko, naš diplomski seminar pa temelji na glavnem krivcu, to je finančni sektor. Z delovanjem in ukrepi na področju finančnega sektorja se spreminjajo razmere v celotnem gospodarstvu, kar je še posebej vidno znotraj posameznih determinant finančne krize. Slabosti delovanja se niso pojavile zgolj v slovenskem finančnem sektorju, temveč tudi v večini držav Evropske unije. Različne analize upravljanja in vodenja finančnega sektorja so pokazale vpliv ključnih slabosti, ki so Slovenijo pripeljale do tega, da je morala zaprositi za pomoč pristojne organe evroobmočja.

FINANCIAL SECTOR AS A GENERATOR OF THE FINANCIAL CRISIS IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:
There are a lot of causes for crisis, however this paper is focused on the financial sector, which is the most responsible for current situation. Economy is changing with operations and measures taken in financial sector. Those situations are particularly visible within individual determinants, which generate financial crisis. Weaknesses have been appeared in Slovenian financial sector as well as in the other countries of the European Union. Various analyses of the governance and management of the financial sector have shown the weaknesses, which have forced Slovenia to ask for help the competent authorities in Eurozone.
