Title:PLANIRANJE RAZVOJA e-TRGOVINE VOGRINEC, d. o. o.

Abstract:Diplomski projekt, z naslovom Planiranje razvoja e-trgovine Vogrinec, d. o. o., je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Vogrinec, d. o. o., opredelili pomen ustanovitvene vizije in dejavnikov uspešnosti ter predstavili teoretična izhodišča na ravni politike podjetja in na ravni strateškega managementa podjetja. Pravilen razvoj podjetja je ključnega pomena za nemoteno delovanje podjetja, saj vpliva na povečanje njegove učinkovitosti in uspešnosti. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na podjetje Vogrinec, d. o. o. Za obravnavano podjetje smo zapisali ustanovitveno vizijo ter opravili tržno (analiza panoge G 47. 640) in konkurenčno analizo (analiza konkurentov), s pomočjo katere smo raziskali trg in odkrili potenciale za ustanovitev podjetja Vogrinec, d. o. o., ki se bo ukvarjalo s prodajo športne opreme v okviru dejavnosti G 47. 640 (Trgovina s športno opremo). Na ravni politike podjetja smo planirali razvoj podjetja Vogrinec, d. o. o. v prihodnosti, v okviru katere smo raziskali notranje (prednosti – slabosti) in zunanje (priložnosti–nevarnosti) dejavnike ter izpostavili vrednote obravnavanega podjetja. Na ravni strateškega managementa smo planirali razvoj podjetja, v katerem smo opredelili programsko-tržna področja, zapisali strateške možnosti in strategije, ovrednotili razvojno uspešnost podjetja Vogrinec, d. o. o. za obdobje od 1. 1. 2015 do 1. 1. 2020 ter opredelili razvojne strategije, strukturiranje in programiranje planiranega razvoja podjetja Vogrinec, d. o. o. Na osnovi naših raziskav in teoretičnih izhodišč pa smo na koncu podali še ugotovitve in predloge za možne izboljšave, ki smo jih opredelili v sklepu diplomskega projekta.

Title:PLANNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ONLINE STORE VOGRINEC, D.O.O.
Abstract:Diploma project, titled “Planning the development of online store Vogrinec, d. o. o.”, consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. In the first, theoretical part, the company Vogrinec, d. o. o. is introduced, the meaning of our founding vision and success factors is defined and theoretical bases of company's policy and its strategic management are introduced. A proper development of a company is vital for its smooth functioning, because it influences the increasing of its efficiency and performance. The empirical part is focused on the company Vogrinec, d. o. o. We have established a founding vision for the addressed company, as well as performed a market analysis (analysis of sector G 47. 640) and a competition analysis (analysis of competitors), with the help of which, we researched the market and discovered the potential for the establishment of the company Vogrinec, d. o. o. The company is going to deal with selling of sports equipment within the framework of activity G 47. 640 (Sports Equipment Merchandise). On the company's policy level we have planned the future development of the Vogrinec, d. o. o. company, where we have researched the internal (advantages – disadvantages) and external (risks – opportunities) factors, as well as highlighted the company's values. On the strategic management level we have planned the development of the company, where we defined the programming-market areas, introduced the strategic possibilities and strategies, assessed the developmental effectiveness of Vogrinec, d. o. o. company for the period between 1. 1. 2015 and 1. 1. 2020, and defined the developmental strategies, structuring, and programming of the planned development of the company Vogrinec, d. o. o. Based on our researches and theoretical bases we have provided the findings and suggestions for potential improvements in the conclusion of the present diploma project.
