Title:Proces varstva pri delu kot osnova preprečevanja poškodb pri delu v gradbeništvu

Abstract:Zagotavljanje varnih in zdravih delovnih pogojev je ena temeljnih obveznosti delodajalca, ki jih določajo pravni predpisi, med katerimi je najpomembnejši Zakon o varnosti in zdravju pri delu. Z zagotavljanjem varnosti in zdravja pri delu se preprečujejo nezgode in odpravljajo vzroki poškodb. V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili, kako se zagotavlja varstvo pri delu v gradbeni dejavnosti. Navedli bomo dolžnosti delodajalcev – zagotavljanje usposabljanja za delo, ki ga opravljajo delavci, zagotavljanje brezhibne delovne opreme in ustrezne osebne varovalne opreme. Prav tako bomo opredelili tudi dolžnosti delavcev, ki morajo dosledno upoštevati predpise in navodila za varno izvajanje del. V gradbeni panogi se je nemogoče izogniti delu na višini, pri katerem lahko hitro pride do nezgode. Zato se bomo osredotočili na varno izvajanje dela na različnih vrstah odrov in lestvah.

Title:Occupational safety as a base of work injuries prevention
Abstract:Ensuring safe and healthy work conditions is one of the basic responsibilities of the employer, set forth by legal regulations, the most important of which is the Slovene Health and Safety at Work Act. By ensuring safety and health at work, injuries are prevented and causes for injuries are eliminated. This undergraduate thesis shows how safety at work is ensured in the construction business. The duties of the employers will be listed – ensuring job training for the workers, ensuring faultless work equipment and suitable personal safety equipment. The thesis will also define the duties of the workers who must strictly observe regulations and instructions regarding the safe performance of work. In the construction industry, it is impossible to avoid working at heights where accidents can easily happen. For this reason, we will focus on the safe performance of work on various types of scaffolding and ladders.
