Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so predstavljena osnovna načela, ki jih upoštevamo pri načrtovanju nizkoenergijske hiše. Projekt dosledno upošteva trajnosten in ekološki vidik gradnje, ki sta predstavljena v teoretičnem delu. Ker se naše potrebe in način življenja s časom spreminjajo, se z nami spreminjajo tudi potrebe in pričakovanja do bivalnega okolja. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni les kot konstrukcijski material in osnovna načela načrtovanja energetsko učinkovitih stavb, ki jih uporabimo kot osnovne smernice ter navodila za projektiranje hiše.

Abstract:
The basic principles of low energy house design are presented in this thesis. The project is consistent in the theoretical part about the sustainable and ecological aspect of construction. Since our needs and the lifestyle change with time, the demands and requirements for our living space change along. Wood as a construction material and the basic principles of low energy house design are presented in the theoretical part, furthermore serving as guidelines and instructions for house designing.
