Abstract:
BA&MI d.o.o. je gostinsko podjetje v družinski lasti. Kot veliko malih podjetij tudi obravnavano podjetje svoje politike nima zapisane. Ker menimo, da skrbno planirani vizija, poslanstvo, smotri in temeljni cilji prispevajo k dolgoročni uspešnosti in učinkovitosti podjetja, smo v diplomskem seminarju planirali prihodnjo politiko podjetja BA&MI d.o.o. Diplomski seminar je sestavljen iz dveh vsebinskih delov: teoretičnega in praktičnega. V teoretičnem delu smo na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč raziskovali politiko podjetja in raziskovalno-prognostične procese, potrebne za snovanje politike podjetja. V praktičnem delu smo predstavili podjetje BA&MI d.o.o. in njegove ključne udeležence. Na podlagi podatkov, pridobljenih s strani vodstva, in osebnega poznavanja obravnavanega podjetja smo podali zapis vizije podjetja BA&MI d.o.o. Tudi druge teoretične ugotovitve iz prvega dela smo prenesli v prakso in na podlagi opravljenih raziskovalno-prognostičnih procesov – določanja vrednot udeležencev podjetja, proučevanja prednosti in slabosti ter prognoziranja možnosti in nevarnosti proučevanega podjetja – podali po našem mnenju najustreznejšo prihodnjo politiko podjetja BA&MI d.o.o.

ENTERPRISE POLICY PLANNING: THE CASE OF ENTERPRISE BA&MI D.O.O.
Abstract:
BA&MI d.o.o. is family-owned enterprise. Like many small enterprises also discussed enterprise has no written enterprise policy. Because we believe that carefully planned vision, mission, purposes and main goals contribute to the long-term effectiveness and efficiency of enterprises, we are planning enterprise policy on the case of enterprise BA&MI d.o.o. Diploma seminar consists of two parts, namely of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, based on theoretical principles we defined enterprise policy and research-prognostic processes necessary for planning of enterprises policy. In the practical part, we presented the enterprise BA&MI d.o.o. as well as key stakeholders in this enterprise. Based on the information obtained from management and personal knowledge of the enterprise, we developed the vision of enterprise BA&MI d.o.o. Also the other theoretical findings we transferred into practice and on the basis of research-prognostic processes – determining the values of key stakeholders, the study of strengths and weaknesses and prognosing the opportunities and threats – we then wrote, in our opinion, the most appropriate planned enterprise policy of enterprise BA&MI d.o.o.
