Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem opisal postopek preventivnega vzdrževanja Hertwich-ove talilne peči v družbi Impol, ki se uporablja za taljenje aluminija. Za uspešno delovanje je potrebno zgraditi in predpisati ustrezne načine rokovanja za napravo ter njeno vzdrževanje. Z rednimi preventivnimi pregledi želimo zmanjšati število kurativnih posegov, ki so stroškovno bistveno dražji, še posebej če je potrebno peč zaustaviti. Izdelana je predloga celovitega sistema preventivnega strojnega vzdrževanja talilne peči Hertwich v podjetju Impol, ki bo zagotavljal minimalni izpad naprave zaradi okvar in tako zagotavljal boljši izkoristek.

Title:Construction of preventive maintenance system for the new furnace in the company IMPOL LLT d.o.o.
Abstract:My thesis describes a possible preventive maintenance procedure of the Hertwich furnace in the company Impol, which is used to melt aluminium. New methods of maintenance and use need to be devised to ensure its efficient operation. We aim to reduce the number of maintenance interventions, which are much more expensive, with regular preventive examinations. This thesis is a comprehensive preventive maintenance system design for the Hertwich furnace in the company Impol, which should ensure minimal downtime because of breakdowns. This would also guarantee efficiency of the furnace.
