Abstract:
Cilj podjetja Swaty Comet so kakovostni izdelki iz bakelita in keramike. Pogoj za to so kakovostne surovine, zato je tema diplomskega dela načrtovanje merilne naprave za merjenje mehanskih lastnosti brusnih etalonov. Delo vsebuje izbiro ustreznega mehanskega testa, pregled obstoječih naprav na tržišču, konstruiranje merilne naprave, načrtovanje krmilja, izvedbo pogona, opis merjenja sile, izbira komunikacije med opremo ter programsko rešitev krmiljenja. Izbira vseh sestavnih elementov in krmilne opreme je podprta s strokovno utemeljitvijo. Po upoštevanju vseh zahtev so doseženi skoraj vsi zadani cilji, razen izvedbe. Glede na to, da je izdelana vsa tehniška dokumentacija, bo naprava v prihodnosti zagotovo izdelana.

Title:
Measurement of flexural strength of grinding etalons
Abstract:
Quality products made of Bakelite and ceramics are the aim of company Swaty Comet. The main condition for this are quality raw materials, therefore a theme of my thesis will be planning the measuring device for measuring of mechanical characteristics of grinding etalons. The work will contain a choice of suitable mechanical test, overview of existent devices on the market, engineering of measuring device, planning of control, realisation of drive, choice of communication among equipment, software solution of control, all supported with professional argumentation. After regarding all demands, almost all set goals are being achieved, with the exception of realization.
