Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo se ukvarjali s projektom Nadgradnja pakirne linije v farmacevtskem podjetju. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili osnove projektnega menedžmenta in projektov ter osnovno strukturo temeljnega zapisa projekta, ki jo imenujemo zagonski elaborat projekta. Samo teorijo smo nato uporabili na praktičnem primeru v farmacevtskem podjetju. V okviru projekta smo pripravili vsebinsko zasnovo, spisali namenske in objektne cilje, nato določili taktiko izvedbe objektnih ciljev, pripravili različne načrte projekta, kot so retrogradna razčlenitev projekta, Ganttov diagram in ciljna analiza projekta. Za konec smo še ocenili tveganja projekta in dodali ekonomiko projekta.

Title:Packaging line upgrade project in a pharmaceutical company
Abstract:In this diploma work we have dealt with the project Packing line upgrade in a pharmaceutical company. In the theoretical part, we have presented the basics of project management and projects as well as the basic structure of the project’s fundamental record, which is called the project’s start-up report. The theory was then applied to a practical case in a pharmaceutical company. Within the project we have prepared a conceptual design, written down dedicated and objective goals, set the tactics for implementing the objective goals and prepared a variety of project plans, such as: the project’s work breakdown structure, Gantt’s diagram and the project’s target analysis. In conclusion, we have evaluated the risks and added the economics of the project.
