Title:Parametrična analiza napetostnega stanja upogibno in torzijsko obremenjenega prehoda premera gredi

Abstract:V diplomskem delu sta predstavljena analitični in numerični preračun napetostnega stanja na prehodu premera gredi. Numerični preračun je izveden po metodi končnih elementov. Analizirani sta dve geometrijski varianti prehoda premera gredi, s tremi različnimi vrsatmi obremenitev. Cilj diplomskega dela je izvesti ustrezne računalniške simulacije za podana prehoda premera gredi ter preveritev ustreznosti teoretično-empiričnih izrazov za kontrolo napetostnega stanja. Rezultati numerične analize so pokazali, da so rezultati primerljivi z analitičnimi. Do manjših odstopanj lahko pride zaradi napake ocenjevanja koeficienta zareznega učinka.

Title:Parametric stress analysis of shaft diameter change under bending and torsional loading
Abstract:In this thesis are presented, analytic and numeric calculations of stress analysis in shaft diameter change. Finite element method (FEM) was used for computer simulations. Two different geometrical types of shaft diameter change and three types of loading were analysed. Goal of diploma work is to create appropriate computer simulations and compare them with results of theoretical-empirical terms for stress concentrations. Results have shown that the numeric calculations are comparable with analytic calculations. Minor variations may occur due to a mistake made with evaluating stress concentration factors.
