Abstract:
Javno podjetje komunala Zagorje se ukvarja z različnimi dejavnostmi, ki posredno ali neposredno vplivajo na vsakodnevno delovanje mesta Zagorje ob Savi in omogočajo normalno življenje vsem njihovim občanom. Ena izmed ključnih dejavnosti podjetja – poleg oskrbe s pitno vodo – je tudi odvoz smeti. Uvedba dodatnega zabojnika za biološke odpadke je povzročila zmedo v dolgoletnem, že ustaljenem urniku pobiranja zabojnikov. Glavni problem so dodatni stroški, ki nastanejo z uvedbo le-tega. Namen diplomskega dela je podrobnejša seznanitev z biološkimi odpadki, zakonodajo, ki ureja to področje, z natančno analizo stroškov, povezanih z zabojnikom za biološke odpadke, in prikaz možnih rešitev, ki bi dodatne stroške minimalizirale. Pri predlogih smo izhajali izključno iz posnetka stanja in kritične analize, na podlagi katerih smo podali možne rešitve.

Cost analysis while introducing biological waste container
Abstract:
The company Javno podjetje komunala Zagorje is engaged in various activities, which directly or indirectly affect the daily operations of the town of Zagorje ob Savi and allow a normal life for all inhabitants of the Municipality of Zagorje. Waste collection is one of key business activities of the company – in addition to drinking water supply. The introduction of additional containers for biological waste may cause confusion in the years' long and well-settled schedule for the collection of containers. The main issue are additional costs incurred with the introduction of such containers. The aim of this Diploma thesis is a more detailed familiarisation with biological waste, the legislation regulating this area, a detailed analysis of the costs related to biological waste containers, and presentation of possible solutions for additional cost minimisation. Our proposals and solutions were based exclusively on the record of the situation and critical analysis.
