Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izdelava trirazsežnega modela žlebnega spoja na podlagi že obstoječega izdelka in izdelava predloge petih sprememb poenostavitve montaže. Montaža kotlička žleba in cevnega kolena je nevarno in težko višinsko delo. Zato smo se odločili, da razvijemo sistem, ki bo omogočal montažo brez vrtanja ali vijačenja. Spoj bo samozaporen z mehansko obliko in zadoščala bo le sestava obeh v naprej pripravljenih delov. Trirazsežni model smo pridobili s pomočjo vzvratnega inženirstva, pri modeliranju pa smo uporabljali programski paket SolidWorks.

Title:
The modernisation of shape and making of drainage gully for construction plumbery
Abstract:
The thesis presents creation of three-dimensional model of gutter joint on the basis of an existing product and making proposals for five simplifications of installation. Installation of kettle gutter and pipe bend is dangerous and difficult work at height. Therefore, we decided to develop a system that will allow installation without additional drilling or screwing. The junction will be self-locking with mechanical shape and it will suffice only composition of both pre-prepared components. We obtained three-dimensional model with reverse engineering, for modelling we used SolidWorks as software package.
