Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil, kako v Nuklearni elektrarni Krško med obratovanjem rešujemo problematiko nekontroliranega puščanja procesnih cevovodov. Opisal bom celotni postopek in proces od nastanka in prijave poškodbe do končne rešitve poškodbe. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena v dva dela. V prvem delu bom opisal delovanje Nuklearne elektrarne Krško ter ostala teoretična znanja iz področja materialov in varjenja, ki so potrebna za razumevanje. V drugem delu diplomske naloge pa bom opisal dejanski dogodek puščanja cevovoda v Nuklearni elektrarni Krško in njegovega saniranja s pomočjo varjenja. Problematiko puščanja procesnih cevovodov in njihovo saniranje s pomočjo varjenja izpostavljam, ker je takšno vzdrževanje zelo pomembno za izpolnjevanje ekonomskih in obratovalnih ciljev Nuklearne elektrarne Krško.

Title:
REPAIR WELDING OF PIPELINES DURING OPERATION OF KRŠKO NUCLEAR POWER STATION
Abstract:
In this thesis, i will present how we solve the problem of uncontrolled leakage of process piping during operation in the nuclear power plant Krško. I will describe the whole process of formation and application of injury, to the final solution of damage. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part I will describe the operation of the nuclear power plant and other theoretical knowledge in the field of materials and welding, which are necessary for understanding. In the second part of the thesis, I will describe the actual event pipeline leak in Nuclear Power Plant Krškoand its remediation by means of welding. The problem of leakage of process pipelines and their remediation by welding are vulnerable because such maintenance is very important to meet the economic and operational objectives of the Nuclear Power PlantKrško.
