Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je opredeliti in predstaviti probleme, s katerimi se podjetje srečuje. Prvi del diplomskega dela bo zaradi lažjega razumevanja vseboval teoretične osnove o embalaži in pakiranju. Drugi del diplomskega dela bo vseboval predstavitev in opis procesa pakiranja rezervnih delov. V nadaljevanju se bomo osredotočili na izpostavljene probleme velike količine embalažnih materialov in na postopek pakiranja rezervnih delov. Predstavljeno bo trenutno stanje v podjetju in opisan bo postopek pakiranja. Prav tako bodo predstavljeni embalažni materiali, proizvodnja linija pakiranja rezervnih delov in ostali stranski procesi, ki se izvajajo vzporedno s pakiranjem. Temu bo sledila kritična analizna stanja. Ob koncu bodo predlagane spremembe, ki bi pomenile možne rešitve, s katerimi bi se učinek problema zmanjšal ali vsaj omejil. Predstavljene spremembe bodo podprte z izračuni prihrankov za podjetje.

Rationalisation of spare parts packaging in automotive industry
Abstract:
Primary objective of my diploma paper is to spot, expose and introduce the problems that the company is facing with. First part of my diploma paper is going to include some theory referring to packaging materials and packaging in general. Second part will include introduction and description of spare parts packaging process. Current situation at the company is going to be introduced. Our primary objective will be on exposed problems, which are huge amount of necessary packaging materials and further analysis of spare parts packing process. After this we will be introducing packaging materials, describing spare parts packing production line and all other parallel processes. We are going to present a critical analysis to the current situation. In the third part we are going to introduce suggested solutions which would improve the problems. We assume that suggested solutions would have a downward effect or at least they would limit the scale of the problem.
